This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 30, 2008:
The last synchronicity in a string of nearly five years in serendipity happened Thursday night at Invesco field when Barack Obama said exactly what I had been wanting to hear from a politician for my entire adult life! hehe
Actually, I was deployed as a "worst-case senario" reaction force with the National Guard. For every person who walked by, after the Democratic National Convention, saying, "Thank You..." I wanted to tell them, "Glad you're walking through this lane instead of being rolled on a stretcher through the deconatmination lanes we have set up."
As for that synchronicity in a string of five years (October 20th) in serendipity, I was staring at the Invesco field, and the lower half of the S was not lit for much of the night. After the speech and fire works, I mentally chuckled at the thought of a CEO irrate because the historic event featured a flawed corporate logo in the sign. Just as I jest, the lower half of the light blinks on. Stoopid karma.
Later in the night, I notice the I is out and wonder, "Thought about it once, surely can't happen again..." Nothing. I turned my head, looked back, and the I was alight. Stoopid cynicism.
Small examples... but to tell the truth, I think Synchronicity is our chance to become Lucid in the Greater Mind's Dream that is our life.
